BioGrew up in San Antonio, total band geek. Went to college at Texas Woman's University. Worked in Dallas. Moved to California, got my teaching credential. Taught for three years in an itty bitty desert town. Moved back to Texas (missed the thunderstorms). Finally found a teaching job - seventh grade Language Arts in an urban district.
